*PLEASE ALLOW US 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS (MON-FRI) FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER AND UP TO 6 BUSINESS DAYS DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DAY THAT YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and are based on shipping distance and the weight of the package. Yes, we do combine shipping! If you decide to place an order and already have an order pending with us and have not received a shipping notification, we will refund any paid shipping costs overages. All orders over $65 will receive FREE SHIPPING (no code necessary).
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately we cannot refund/exchange a product because you don’t like the fragrance. We do provide detailed fragrance descriptions, however, we understand that fragrance is subjective. As a workaround we suggest that you check to see if we offer the fragrance in a sample size product (i.e. perfume oil or soap sample) prior to committing to a full-size product. Should any other problem arise with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue. Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping address as we will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Should you decide to refuse the package (not sure why you would refuse our wonderful products) but if you do, shipping is non-refundable. Once USPS has received your package for shipping, we are no longer responsible for the transportation of the package. In the event that USPS misplaces your package (to-date we've never had this happen), you must contact USPS directly to file a claim (Priority Mail Only) or to obtain more information on the location of your package.
