WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE USA.
ALL ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING, NO CODE REQUIRED.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF $9.99 FOR ORDERS UP TO 4 LBS. FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF $14.99 FOR ORDERS 4.01 LBS. AND MORE.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS. USPS/UPS shipping transit times are provided during checkout upon the shipping selection. Please note that transit times are NOT our processing times. Transit times begin from the time that USPS/UPS receives the shipment from our fulfillment team and has scanned the package into their system. Our current processing times are always located on the top banner of our site as well as in your order confirmation email as a friendly reminder.
Forgot to add an item or purchased the wrong item? Please click on the "View Order Status" button located in your Order Confirmation email. Please note that the ability to edit/cancel your order is only available for 30 minutes after placing your initial order.
Our fulfillment team is unable to hold packages once an order is placed. You may make arrangements with USPS/UPS to hold your package at one of their locations once you receive your shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for packages that you request to be held by USPS/UPS and you will need to contact USPS/UPS if any issues arise in regards to your request.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
We DO NOT claim responsibility for package delays or lost items. Once USPS/UPS has received your package for shipping, we are no longer responsible for the transportation nor delivery of the package. ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION IS INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL ORDERS OF $100+. Please reach out to Route in the event that your package arrives damaged or is missing. Click the link below and Route will take care of the rest!

You should have received an email from Route at the time of your shipment and delivery where all of your claim information is provided.
All orders $99 or less who opted out of the Package Protection during checkout must file a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS).
To file a claim with UPS, look for the "File a Claim" on the UPS Tracking page of your order.

RETURNS/ORDER ERRORS
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges for any of our products.  We do provide detailed fragrance and product descriptions and encourage you to purchase any samples that are in stock, however, due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there are ANY issues with your order, they must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Should any other problem arise with your order due to an error on our end (i.e incorrect item, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue. We may ask you to return the item and we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
IN THE EVENT THAT WE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT ITEM IN ERROR, PLEASE RETURN IT WITH THE PROVIDED RETURN SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED TO YOU. ONCE OUR FULFILLMENT TEAM IS NOTIFIED BY USPS THAT THE RETURN HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF, THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT. IF WE DON'T RECEIVE THE RETURN WITHIN ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) FROM THE TIME THAT THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL IS PROVIDED TO YOU, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU NO LONGER WANT THE EXCHANGE AND MARK THE ORDER AS CLOSED.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
In the event of a flash sale, we will only offer a price adjustment if a full price item is marked down on the same day that you purchased it. Example: You purchased an item at 9am and a sale occurs at noon for that item. You must contact us since price adjustments do not occur automatically.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping address as we are NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect/insufficient address.  Should a package be refused, shipping is non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to you entering an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to resend the package.  Once we receive the item, we will send you an invoice for the shipping charge.  If you'd rather not have the package reshipped, we will issue you a refund for the items, minus any shipping charges, as soon as they are returned to us and back in our possession. Please allow 2-3 business days for  processing.
By placing an order, you agree that you accept the above mentioned shipping and returns terms and conditions. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
